Q: Shipping

  1. Free shipping to 48 states. Extra shipping for HI, AK and PR. The extra shipping will be applied during check out process.
  2. All orders will be shipped by UPS in one business day with tracking numbers
  3. International customers are responsible for custom duties and brokerage fees.
  4. We don't ship to APO/FPL where UPS can't deliver.

Q: Returns

  1. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange, unless in the case of manufacturer defect or Tyger Auto's error.
  2. When return, send return request through Contact US page.
  3. Our Customer Care Specialists will provide you with an RAN, and email you detailed return instructions.
  4. Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or Tyger Auto error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, We offer discounted return shipping labels. Should you choose this option, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
