Exactly as described. I added a Teraflex bed rail system to my Jeep Gladiator and had to order these brackets afterwards in order to reinstall my Tyger soft tri-fold cover. The brackets worked like a charm and made the reinstall as simple as could be. Just be cautious in tightening the set screws with your hex key, they are very soft and easily stripped even with light pressure, otherwise would have given this a five star review.
