This shovel is solid! Great features and should last a lifetime. My only complaint (minor) is the place that holds the screwdriver bit does not secure the bit very well. A positive locking bit would make me feel more comfortable if using it in the wilderness. Overall, I'm very happy with the shovel and also like the compactness when stored in the case.

If you want the best, well thought of, well crafted shovel, look no further! As a suggestion to the Tyger Team, one more pole extension with stainless steel tip would benefit to using it as a pole! Yes, a hit stick! My suggestion would be a 12 inch pole extension with waterproof seals to store stuff (matches, cotton balls with gasoline, etc). The only element that was missing. I would even add a second foam. Other than that, quality of product 100%. The two pictures, one with the shovel raised so you can see its brand. The second pic me standing normal to my side so you can see it�s the perfect size when you are weaving around stuff not having to bend your back too much. Grabbing from the foam handle (normal farthing position), you are able to swing your arm forward and backwards and it doesn�t touch the ground, you have like 4 inches. I thought that was great. Ah and it has a ruler and all the gadgets as advertised. Very pleased with my order. Thanks Guys!

As mentioned in my video, I drive a small, off-road capable vehicle and I wanted a multi-functioning shovel for recoveries, camping and general use. This shovel is compact, light and fits perfectly in the back of my Subaru. Every component is well made, sturdy and it looks great too!

This is probably one of the best products I think I've ever purchased as far as emergency equipment to have in my truck for that whatever, whenever factor...It's heavy duty & well designed but most of all full size!I like how it breaks down so you can bring it in your back pack or by itself with the strap it comes with.A must have for travel, hiking, and camping. It will for sure dig me out of a jam when I'm 4 wheeling!This is not a cheap item but you get what you pay for & this is a value purchase

Bought a few different folding showels. This one proved to be the best. This style of locking mechanism is better as in stronger, more secure and much faster than the screw type locking mechanism.
